The following agenda items were discussed:
1. Two dates was proposed for the family reunion 29th June 2024 or 15th July 2024.
2. It was determined that a survey will be created to solicit family members preferences and input for the family reunion.
3. Two proposed locations were discussed: a Hall/Grounds in Edingburg 500 Chaguanas and WASA Sports club in Port of Spain.
4. Fund Raising, T-Shirts, Drinks, Transportation, Food, Communication, Entertainment and a Family Tree was discussed. It was determined that we needed more input from the family survey before we came to any final decisions.
5. The establishment of committees: Finance, Communication, Entertainment etc
6. Contact all the elders of the family and seek out their ideas and counsel.
7. The next meeting date is scheduled for 20th May 2023.
