1. The date of the Fortune Family Reunion is 13th July 2024.
2. Location of the event will be published after the next meeting.
3. The next meeting of the planning committee will be held on 7th October 2023 7:00pm TT (Trinidad Time)
4. Two new family members joined the planning committee: Crystal and Gabby.
5. Crystal created a new Facebook group for the Family Reunion the link is : Fortune Family Facebook Group
Also discussed was having online(Zoom) events prior to the family reunion next year, this will contribute to raising awareness within the family of the reunion event. In addition fund raising by way of a raffle was discussed. In the near future the prizes and cost per sheet will be published to everyone.
There are still many details to be worked out for a successful famil reunion. Some of the areas discussed were:
a. Location (will be decided at the next planning committee meeting)
b. Activities
c. Fund Raising
e. Food
f. Photography and Memorabilia
g. Security
h. Child and Elder Care
